Welcome to our online shop. My name is Max and I am the Head Fairy at Fudge HQ (A.K.A as the kitchen in our house!) I've been making fudge for years but have really started to establish the business over the last couple of years. I make all of my fudge on the stove top, using traditional methods of boiling the fudge up to soft ball stage. It has taken me years to perfect but it's important to remember that every batch may not be exactly the same! I cook small batches and do not use preservatives, therefore our fudge has approximately a 3 week shelf life from the date that it is made.

Hubby is often on hand to help with packing and labelling and my support team at large events where I need to bring my gazebo. He loves wearing his 'Fudge Fairy' t-shirt!
